Broker queries should be sent to brokersupport@autochartist.com. This is meant for broker customers that have questions or problems regarding the Autochartist broker setup.

PLEASE NOTE: Total attachment size must not be larger than 20MB



Example requests include:

Can I change the broker logo that I see on the automated emails?
Can we have additional instrument coverage, like crypto currencies?
Can I schedule a training webinar for my sales staff?

Online skype support from 06h00 to 14h30 UTC is also generally available on weekdays at autochartist_support

Please supply the information below when logging a query. Alternatively, please attach a screenshot of the problem – note: attachment size must not be larger than 20MB. This information is helpful to getting the issue resolved quickly and efficiently:
  • What system / product is being used?
  • What is the error message?
  • If the issue is user specific, what is the username/email address?
  • What browser / operating system is being used?
