Username and password request
If the Autochartist Market Scanner for MetaTrader is asking for a username and password on start up,
it means that it can't automatically authenticate the user.
Make sure:
- The user is using their broker's Branded version of the MetaTrader terminal, and that they have logged into a Live trading account.
Note: It is possible that your branded terminal has not been whitelisted by Autochartist as it is using a different Terminal Server or Account
Server, that was not provided to us during integration.
To get the server details, follow the instructions here
Then send the details of the Account Server and Terminal Server to us.
